Microaggressions
We need to better understand microaggressions to help us be more inclusive and respectful of others. We start by recognizing and challenging our own biases and assumptions. This fosters a culture where everyone feels valued and included. We spend a lot of time at work and by better understanding microaggressions we can both address and prevent them, creating a more inclusive environment for all.
